By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service

Once the commission is accepted, you will be added to my Trello queue. I will notify you once I start working on your commission. I will send WIPs throughout the process and the completed non-compressed png file at the end. Payment is requested via a 3rd party service. I require confirmed payment before I work past the "sketch" phase. Turn around time varies and can be requested upon commissioning me.Refunds are available only before the sketch is approved by you. Otherwise, refunds will be issued in rare circumstances at my discretion. I request patience from my clients, yet understand that long turnaround times may induce cancellations. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any point. In this case, you'll receive full refund and explanation for my decision to refuse or cancel.Prices for commissions are agreed upon before the commission is accepted. Clients must be aware of the price of their commission upon submitting a form. With the exception of additional fees such as complexity. Additional charges may be applied to a commission afterwards if you (1) change the commission enough to significantly waste time or (2) request complex designs, examples include but not limited to number of characters, complex outfits, backgrounds, advanced perspectives, and marking designs. Private commissions cost 5% more of the total price before tax. A commission is considered "private" if it is requested to not be published on public accounts for a prolonged period of time (6+ months).I reserve the right to use rejected sketches and other unused parts of a commission for future pieces and you may not use them without my written consent. When posting commissions online, credit me whenever you use or upload the piece by linking to my relevant profile. You may use commissions for profiles (banners, pictures, headers) or physical items (blankets, prints, or other common merch items). However, you may NOT sell or profit from my work without my written consent. YOU WILL NOT USE MY COMMISSION(S) FOR AI GENERATED CONTENT under all circumstances.It is possible that I choose to use your commission for merchandising or other products. If you do not want your commission to be used in this way, you MUST inform me at some point during the commission process or within a month of completion. I will publish most of my art, if you want to commission a private piece, you must inform me before the sketch is approved.

In the case that you violate my terms of service. At my discretion, I will no longer accept any more commissions from you. Ignorance of my TOS is not an excuse.
