By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service

All references to "you" refer to "the client" while all reference of "I" and "me" refer to "NixSnowsong"

Once commissioned, you'll be added to my queue found in my Trello that's linked to from the home page. I will notify you upon starting your commission. First, I will send a sketch to confirm the general idea of the commission. Then I will request payment via a 3rd party service. After payment is received, I will continue to send WIPs and the completed piece once it's finished. I will NOT send a finished piece without proper payment beforehand unless we agree upon partial payment prior.Refunds/cancellations are an option if issued before the sketch is approved by the client. Otherwise refunds will only be issued in rare circumstances where I myself no longer feel capable or want to finish a piece. It is important to understand I am a student and I have a busy life, so commissions make take up to a few months to complete. I request patience from all my clients but understand that the turnaround time may induce cancellations. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commissions at any point for whatever reason. If this happens, you will receive a full refund and explanation for my decision.Prices for commissions are agreed upon before the commission is accepted. It is assumed the client is aware of the price of their commission upon submitting a form for a commission. Additional charges may be applied to a commission if you (1) change the commission enough to significantly waste time or (2) request complex designs, examples include but not limited to character, outfit, background and marking designs. Private commissions cost 5% more of the total price before tax.I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for future pieces, you may not use them without my permission. After commissioning me, please credit me whenever you use or upload the piece by linking to my profile. You may use pieces for banners, profile pictures, galleries, headers, blankets, and other personal items. You may NOT sell or profit from my work unless permitted by me in writing. You may NOT claim you created the artwork.It is possible that I choose to use your commission for merchandising or other products. If you do not want your commission to be used in this way, you MUST inform me at some point during the commission process. I publish almost all of my art, if you want to commission a private piece, you must inform me before the sketch is approved.

In the case that you violate my terms of service. I will no longer accept any more commissions from you. Ignorance is not an excuse.
